1Furniture UK is the controller of your personal data. Our contact details are in the footer of this site. This policy follows the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery and billing addresses when you place an order or contact us.
- Order details, such as the products, fabrics and sizes you choose.
- Payment confirmation from our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data such as your IP address, device and pages visited, collected through cookies.
How we use it
- To take, make, deliver and support your order. Our legal basis is performing our contract with you.
- To meet tax, accounting and consumer law duties. Our legal basis is legal obligation.
- To send marketing emails only if you opt in. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep our site secure and improve it. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with payment providers, delivery and freight partners, our website host, and email and accounting services. They act on our instructions. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the basket and checkout. We use analytics or marketing cookies only with your consent, and you can change your choice at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep order and accounting records for 6 years to meet legal duties. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe. We delete other data when it is no longer needed.
