Where we deliver, how long it takes and what to expect on the day.
Where we deliver
We deliver to mainland UK addresses. For the Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, contact us for a delivery quote before you order.
How long it takes
Every piece is made to order in Turkey. Production takes 6 to 8 weeks. Freight to the UK then takes 7 to 10 days. When your order is confirmed we send an estimated delivery date by email, and we keep you updated if it changes.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders over £1,000. For orders under £1,000, delivery costs £49. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
How delivery works
- Your order is inspected, wrapped and crated in Turkey.
- It travels to our UK depot by road and sea freight.
- Our delivery team contacts you to agree a delivery day and a time window.
- Two people bring the piece into the room of your choice, unpack it and remove the packaging.
Before delivery day
Measure doorways, hallways, stairs and lifts, and compare them with the size of your piece. Tell us about any access problems, such as narrow stairs, parking limits or a lift booking. Someone aged 18 or over must be at the address to accept the delivery.
When it arrives
Please check the piece before the team leaves. If you see damage, note it on the delivery paperwork and take photos. Then contact us within 14 days. See our returns policy.
Missed or rearranged deliveries
If no one is available at the agreed time, we will rearrange the delivery. We may charge a re-delivery fee if the delivery is missed without notice. If you ask us to delay delivery for more than 14 days, we may charge for storage.
